MIKE ANDRUS

Mike’s life story started 25 years ago in California when he met his wife, Arline. A few years later they moved their young family to Arizona where he worked in the mortgage business.

From 2004-2008, Mike began his home building in a variety of roles with Shea Homes, including construction, customer service, and new home sales. Through a strategic mindset and focus on results, Mike was promoted to management roles in customer service and new home sales. He worked in all facets of community development while at Shea with an emphasis on relationship building in a community generating greater than $100 million annually. Mike earned his MBA from Arizona State during this time.

In 2009, Mike moved his family to Austin to help a start-up urban homebuilding company. As Director of Investor Services he raised over $130,000,000 in new equity while this entity was new to Austin and became an owner. He was responsible for structuring investment opportunities, sharing and communicating with investors.

Mike co-created Lyfe Residential with Adam with that same passion of enhancing people’s lives through creating communities, building relationships and a passion for sharing unique opportunities with people.

Today, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three children Emma, Garrett and Olivia. He can be found attending a football game in Knoxville, in a bowling alley with Garrett or watching Olivia play lacrosse.
