ADAM R STETSON
Adam's life story started as an airline employee's child relocating to all four corners of the United States all before graduating High School. Since then Adam has spent time developing and learning his craft in California, Arizona, Washington, Florida and Texas. These many travels made Adam very adaptable to ever changing market fluctuations and needs. He thrives on a vibrant, dynamic environment that is focused on improvement and breaking the mold.
During the formation of Adam's story, he played college basketball at the University of California, Irvine where he was a two time Captain. The experiences there led him to understand the qualities of great leaders but also the importance of a cohesive unit who has similar goals and desires.
His next steps led him to obtain a Masters of Business Administration and then on to several roles in the real estate industry starting as a Product Manager for Black & Decker and then into multiple management roles with Shea Homes, the nation's largest private developer and builder. After Shea, Adam built a start-up into the 4th fastest growing private Developer and Builder in 2019. Through these experiences, Adam garnered multi-faceted leadership experience in single family, multifamily and commercial real estate. Adam has successfully controlled projects across the United States with leadership roles in acquisition, entitlements and development, product development, purchasing, sales and operations. With over $163MM in acquisition and $935MM in revenue, Adam brings a unique big picture understanding of financial structures, marketing strategies, operational practices and consumer intelligence.
Whether starting a new division within a startup company or leading efforts in a 100 year old real estate firm, Adam has managed highly successful teams to develop some of the most unique master plan and urban infill communities in the nation by focusing on market research, financial underwriting and operational processes.
He currently serves on the City of Dallas comprehensive housing policy task force, the development process improvement committee, the shared access development committee, and DFW Division President Council. He is a dedicated husband to his wife, Samantha, and father to three children (Jacob, Ainsley, and Ashlyn). Adam also serves as Chairman of the Board for Dallas Pets Alive with his two fur family members Goose and Duke.
